| 100% deposit required is required to confirm booking. Cancellation Policy - In the event of premature departure we will charge for the full extent of stay, which was booked and confirmed for. - Cancel 0 - 14 days before date of arrival or a no show - full deposit payable. - Cancel 15 - 28 days before date of arrival - 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited. - Cancel 28+ days before date of arrival - 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited. On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, 45 Broadway Lodge will refund the applicable amount, within 14 working days. 45 Broadway Lodge levies a 10% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185.00 will be charged. House Rules - Check in time is from 14:00 pm - 18:00 pm. After 18:00 pm by prior arrangement. - Check out time is at 11:00 am or if other arranged. - Rooms are serviced daily between 10:00 am and 12:00 am. - All rooms are non smoking. - Breakfast will be served from 6:30 - 8:30 weekly and from 7:00 - 9:00 on weekends. |
