45 Broadway Lodge is situated in Durban North within close proximity to the major schools, sporting arenas, shopping centres, KwaZulu-Natal tourism attractions and of course, the beautiful beaches and warm waters of the Indian Ocean. Another advantage of the location is the easy access to a wide variety of renowned golf courses situated along the entire KwaZulu-Natal coastline.

The bed and breakfast consists of beautifully finished, spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. A self catering bedroom is also available with a convenient fully fitted kitchen. Bedrooms are all air-conditioned with king, queen or single sized beds and each one has a TV. All the rooms have their own private entrances.

From the balcony a perfect view of the picturesque, tranquil and inviting waters of the Indian Ocean can be seen or the guests are welcome to wonder around the beautiful landscaped garden.
