DESCRIPTION:
 
40 on Ilkey B&B has seven beautifully appointed bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Warm wooden floors and décor in shades of honey are completed by comfortable beds with crisp percale linen.

Scrumptious breakfasts are served in the open plan dining room. The winter chill is kept at bay by a roaring log fire and, during summer one is able to enjoy the scented rose garden. Picnic baskets, lunch boxes and dinners are available upon request.

The bed & breakfast is situated very close to the Menlyn Shopping Centre, and located just off Atterbury in Lynnwood Glen. Guests will have easy access to the N1 highway situated nearby.

From the N1 highway, take Atterbury off-ramp and turn towards Menlyn Shopping Centre. At the far corner of Menlyn Shopping Centre turn left into Lois Avenue. At the first pancake circle, turn right into Ingersol Street. At the next pancake traffic circle turn left into Impy Street. At the T-junction, turn left into Ilkey Road and the bed & breakfast is situated at No. 40.
