| Tariffs Tariffs shown are per person sharing per night, breakfast included.Tariffs for Self Catering Unit is per person for first 2 guests, rates for 3rd guest depends on age. Tariffs for Self Catering Unit is on self catering basis - breakfast is not included (optional extra on request). Reservation Policy A deposit of 50% is required as confirmation of the booking. The full balance is payable on arrival. Credit card facilities available for Visa / Mastercard. No cheques accepted. Check in time is from 14:00 / Check out time is before 11:00 Please inform 18 on Kloof of estimated time of arrival. Cancellation Policy Cancellations 0 - 3 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit Cancellations 4 - 28 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit Cancellations more than 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit In event of no show, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, 18 on Kloof will refund the applicable amount within 5 working days. 18 on Kloof levies a 10 percent administration fee on any refunds processed. Child Policy Children welcome in Self Catering Unit. |
